My friend and I had a very nice and relaxing stay at Desa Hay. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean, the food was very good, and the staff extremely friendly and warm. We would like to highlight Mandy from the restaurant - she was incredibly warm, friendly, and with her lovely manner, she brought a smile to our faces every day. Thank you, Mandy! ❤️
The bathroom is nicely decorated, just a little more light would have been nice.

Desa Hay was undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and special places of our trip to Bali. 🌿✨ From the very first moment, we felt welcomed with an uncommon kindness, attention, and care. Everything is well thought out to the smallest detail: the villas are wonderful, immersed in nature, elegant and perfectly maintained, and the atmosphere is one of absolute tranquility and well-being. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were the people. The entire staff was exceptional: always smiling, helpful, attentive, and capable of making us feel pampered without ever being intrusive. You can perceive how much passion they put into their work and how much they truly care about their guests' experience. The cuisine was also a beautiful surprise: delicious breakfasts and dishes, prepared with great care and quality. It's hard to put into words how good we felt. Desa Hay is not just a beautiful place to stay: it's one of those places that stay in your heart, and you truly regret leaving. Thank you to the whole team for making these days so special.
