I was relocated to a different unit in a different location because the staff claimed that The Mansion doesn’t allow daily rent. The replacement apartment was the Grand Palace apartment, and it was in poor condition despite the same price. I only agreed because the booking says non-refundable, and the pictures provided didn’t look that bad. I needed a full-sized fridge, which the staff couldn’t answer straightforwardly if there’s a full-sized fridge at the replacement apartment or not. There were lots of ants, and the whole apartment has a musty cockroach/sewer smell. The emails I received from the staff kept mentioning that I need to download a separate app even after I mentioned that I am not willing to. The staff who greeted me upon check-in was nice and pleasant.
