All events (where occupancy exceeds 1.5 times the sleeping capacity) requires prior approval by the Management at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival and a professional Event Organizer must be appointed for the event. Please note that events without our prior approval are strictly prohibited and will result in booking cancellation without refund of all monies paid. Please be aware that a new apartment or hotel complex is currently under construction on land located not far in front of Jiwoku Villas. Work typically takes place from 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM To reflect the potential for construction-related noise or disturbance during your stay, rates have been significantly reduced. By proceeding with a booking at Jiwoku Villas, guests acknowledge and accept this situation, and understand that no further discounts or compensation will be offered.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
