Quietness and room cleanliness
The reception staff were bad in dealing and did not consider the arrival from travel by delivering the requested room on time. Except for the employee Yuki. Secondly, the amount was withdrawn from the card more than once, and there was a confusion in the system. After delivering the room, they bothered us a lot by knocking on the door and calling the room phone all night to pay the amount again. (A reverse process occurred) and they wasted the morning trying to contact the bank to confirm the spent funds. In short, a hotel that seeks money rather than guest comfort.

The kitchen has a lot of brand new home appliances. The rooms are comfortable for a family of 5. All the staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. The hotel has 4 swimming pools and transfers to the beach club.
The coastal area at the beach club could be cleaner, while other beaches have a clean area. The food at the beach club is not tasty and is very expensive.
