I absolutely loved my stay in Ubud. I’m a repeater guest and keep coming back because I love the tranquil atmosphere, peaceful surroundings, and the relaxing Ubud vibe. This was my second stay here in Ubud, and I loved it even more! The nature is amazing and it's fresh air. It feels like living in the jungle, but very comfortable. The staff are the best part. They are so kind and friendly. They remembered my name from last year and always smiled. They helped with everything and made me feel like family. Simple place, beautiful view, wonderful people. I’m very happy and will come back again! Highly recommend! ❤️

Ik heb niet de kamer gekregen die ik geboekt had. In plaats daarvan kreeg ik een kleinere kamer, waar de handdoeken, deken en gordijnen vol met vlekken zaten. Bovendien zat er een gekko in de kamer. Nadat ik dit allemaal had aangegeven, werd ik niet geholpen, behalve dat ze me lieten wachten. Daarna heb ik de recensies van dit hotel bekeken, en ik zag dat een andere gebruiker precies hetzelfde had meegemaakt: ook zij moesten steeds wachten en kregen hun kamer niet. Na uren wachten kreeg ik nog steeds geen hulp. Uiteindelijk heb ik na 3 uur zelf een taxi geroepen en ben ik naar een ander hotel gegaan. Het hotel reageerde pas een dag later. Gelukkig heb ik mijn geld teruggekregen. Maar als ik daar gebleven was, had ik mijn geboekte kamer niet gekregen en had ik zeker in die vieze kamer moeten blijven. Daarom raad ik jullie sterk af om hier te verblijven. Het is goedkoop, ja, maar dat is niet voor niets.
