Mixed reports: some guests called rooms 'clean beautiful', but multiple detailed complaints about poor hygiene (stinking drains, rust, earthworms, dead geckos on balcony, rooms not cleaned) justify a below-average score.
Service is frequently praised as very friendly, attentive and affectionate; several guests explicitly thank the staff. There are isolated reports of unresponsive reception and missed transfers, but overall staff interactions are strongly positive.
Excellent ocean views and peaceful setting noted repeatedly, but many guests report being far from the port, restaurants and shopping (up to 1h taxi), and difficult access — a mixed but slightly above-mid rating due to the strong views.
Rooms have nice views and some bungalows are praised, but recurrent issues include old installations, unpleasant odors, damaged sinks/fixtures, pests (lizards/spiders), missing items (fridge, mirror) and signs of poor maintenance.
Pool and property/good views are commonly praised (top bungalows, nice pool). However some practical amenity gaps reported (no slippers, no fridge, no on-site restaurant at times, limited power outlets).
Several guests explicitly state the hotel offers excellent value for the price; given positive remarks about views, pool and friendly staff relative to cost, value is rated high.
Breakfast is described as tasty and the food/staff at times 'great' and 'attentive', but guests request more variety and one report said booked breakfast but found no restaurant — overall slightly above average.
Overall impressions are mixed but skew positive for many guests because of staff, views and pool; however significant cleanliness and maintenance issues temper the experience for some — aggregated to a positive overall rating.

Vistas espectaculares!

Nice sea view.
Not clean at all.
