- Arriving, the view, the Koi carp, a very tasty welcome drink - Beautiful 'villa' with private pool - Well-kept facility - Great view over Bali, down to the sea in good weather
- The hotel offers stationery and envelopes in the room, but my mail was not accepted for shipping. I found this strange for a hotel of this category. - The dishes in the restaurant sound fancy, but they are not (gold leaf on the orange cream, the cream itself just sweet.) - The simplest things don't work: Earl Grey for breakfast arrived at the table less than lukewarm - Pizza is prepared with a very sweet tomato sauce. - Otherwise, there is a lot of meat, but no wow dishes. Lots of truffle oil here and truffle oil there. Also, in the vicinity, there is no alternative to the Elevate Bali restaurant. - The staff is polite, accommodating, but at the same time, the warm and authentic feeling that one often has with the Balinese does not come across.

This place is truly beautiful and tranquil!!! Amazing service from the moment we arrived - all the staff were excellent!!! The views, accommodation, spa, and breakfast were exceptional!!! Recommend this place to anyone!
Nothing to do with the hotel, but as it's up in the mountains, traveling by car does take a while - but worth it! The hotel is truly unique, and the scenery is remarkable!!!!
