Perfect facilities, meals, modern good location and attentive staff. Especially Ikati we had a problem with a previous reservation that we had to cancel and she took care of it until they refunded the amount of the reservation. Super professional, friendly and solution-oriented, a 10.

Strategic location, awesome facilities and amenities nearby, most of all the comfort and cleanliness of the suite. Staff are all consistently friendly and ever so helpful. The stay made our first Jakarta experience memorable, especially for my mother who is wheelchair-bound.
