“Polite staff but should not be as highly rated as it is, was not impressed at all.”
Staff were polite and friendly.
The rooms completely smelt of smoke and cigarettes mixed with mould and we selected a non smoking room. However the clear build up of smoke from other smoking rooms throughout the hotel have impacted the non smoking rooms. Bed was not the most comfortable. The bathroom was dirty and it is clear nothing has been renovated/improved since the hotel probably opened.
