Very clean and comfortable room. The fridge worked well as did the air conditioner. The location was great, walking distance to everything I needed. Go jek food delivery and ride service was always very quick too. The staff were amazing. Very accomodating and kind. Absolutely loved my stay here and will be back. 24/7 desk staff there. Very safe for children. I am a single mum and I will be coming back with my kids as it was such a good place to stay. Pool was clean and well maintained too.
The overnight staff started cleaning the shared kitchen and sweeping at 5:45am which woke me and one particular staff member kept clearing his throat by hauking up phlegm which was not pleasant to listen to. But these are just little things that I am stretching to think of. This was a beautiful place to stay and will absolutely be back

Super nettes Personal, das sich um alles kümmert! Vor allem hält es die Anlage und Zimmer sauber! Diese sind schön eingerichtet und wirklich sauber! Die Anlage ist nicht groß, aber genau das macht es familiär! Von allem etwas!

“This place could be beautiful, but it needs a good clean and a bit more guest care”
Quiet location and close to some nice shops and restaurants. Spacious rooms. Nice outdoor area, pool and garden.
The staff were very low-effort and were on their phones the whole time. Even when standing right in front of them, they didn't notice because they were always on their phones. There was no customer service or warm welcome. The first room we were allocated was disgusting. I have never seen dirtier hotel sheets in my life! There were so many blood and urine stains. And the staff had to have known because they put the worst stains on the underside of the duvet, trying to hide them. The shower was full of black shower scum. There was also a mouldy smell that they were aware of and tried to remedy it with loose coffee granules and moisture containers. The room they changed us to was a bit better. Slightly cleaner sheets, but still blood stains as well as the towels. The shower wasn't as bad, but I still felt like I needed to wear my flip-flops in it for hygiene's sake. The small road leading to the hotel had a couple of dogs that chased us a few times on the scooter trying to bite our ankles - they could have just been playing, but it was scary. There is also only 4 sunbeds for a 12 or so room hotel. I think the worst bit was the water they provided in the rooms. The mouths of the glass bottles were black with mould and stunk. On the first night I had no choice but to use the "fresh" water to take medication, and it was like drinking liquid mould. My throat was so sore the next day. I hate to leave such a bad review, but it was really disappointing and disheartening.
