Mixed comments: some guests praised a comfy, clean room while others reported dirty walls and a dirty headboard; overall cleanliness is slightly above average but inconsistent.
Very positive: hosts repeatedly described as warm, amable and helpful (opened the door at night, assisted with drivers and local arrangements).
Mixed: the neighbourhood is described as charming, but several guests note proximity to a mosque with audible calls and that the site is somewhat remote (requires Grab); pleasant area but some noise and access limitations.
Mixed: rooms described as comfy and clean by some, but others noted small space, low shower pressure, malfunctioning TV, and curtains that do not close properly affecting privacy.
Negative notes: limited communal/indoor seating, TV not working for some guests and generally sparse amenities; presence of a caged monkey also detracted from the experience for at least one guest.
Very positive: multiple guests explicitly praised the quality/price ratio as excellent.
Positive: breakfast described as 'estupendo' and well appreciated by guests.
Generally very positive: guests found the stay pleasant, praised hosts and would consider repeating despite some issues noted (noise, small rooms).

We liked everything. The facilities and the relationship and quality/price are more than outstanding. The owners were truly charming, they helped us as much as they could and even helped us hire a driver to go to the main temples. In fact, we lost the room keys and Marisa kindly opened the door for us at night with a smile. The breakfast was also great, and the neighborhood where it is located was charming even though you had to take a grab to get around.
The shower water had low pressure and came out in a somewhat strange way. It also saddened us to see that they had a monkey in a cage... There is a mosque nearby and it is quite noisy but it was not a problem for us. Keep in mind that you have to take a grab to get around from there, but the neighborhood was very nice.
