It was a very new and clean room in a beautiful apartment. There is a mall a few minutes' walk away, and the location is good. There is a mosque nearby, and you can hear the call to prayer through the speakers from early morning. I was informed about this in advance, but I had no problem sleeping after the first day. Communication was done using the Kozystay and WhatsApp apps. I received the first message right after booking through Expedia, and during my stay, they responded very promptly to my requests and questions, allowing me to stay with peace of mind. I highly recommend this very reliable host.
