Pulau Villa Canggu has exceeded all expectations. The villa is not just beautiful, it has its own soul. Each corner is decorated with taste and love of detail, and the pool surrounded by palm trees creates the effect of complete privacy. Spacious rooms with huge windows allow you to enjoy every moment surrounded by nature. Special thanks for the wonderful location: nearby you can find everything you need for a perfect holiday, but at the same time, the feeling of complete privacy does not leave for a minute. All dreams of a perfect vacation in Bali are realized here.
Just was sad to leave this beautiful place.

The location is near the nightlife, if that's what you're looking for. The host was available via WhatApp when we called him at check in
Listing location is incorrect - map on the Booking.com listing shows it to be at the quiet end of a long street, which was why we booked. It's at the busy end, so from 9pm there was VERY loud club music playing, which made it impossible to sleep. We booked other accommodation and left around 10pm so we could get some sleep. Do not recommend for anyone who wants to sleep or anyone with kids. The villa wasn't very clean, first thing we did on arrival was scoop debris out of the pool, but we couldn't get it all, so we opted not to swim. Kitchen had a mould smell and we didn't really want to use any of the utensils/cutlery. Bathrooms weren't very nice. Entry access was difficult; the taxi driver was confused about the location and the door is tricky. No one is there to meet you on arrival and they said "no" to us dropping our bags off an hour or two before check in, which is very different to the generous hospitality and level of customer service we experienced everywhere else in Bali. They wanted to collect furniture from the villa during our stay. There is a closed off room with a window which you can see dirty curtains through. Overall it felt unprofessional. Poor value for money; we stayed at several less expensive villas that were much nicer and better value. We booked last minute for 2 nights and didn't even stay for 1. Requested they meet us in the middle and refund us 1 night, which they declined, so we were out of pocket nearly $400 NZ for the 2 nights that we couldn't even stay there for. Took a chance on this villa despite nearly no reviews but it did not pay off - do not recommend!
