We absolutely loved our stay at Gaia Hotel! I stayed here with my parents and sister and had such a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful with a great view, and the bed was so comfortable, I had such a deep and restful sleep with their soft, cozy blanket. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities and an amazing lobby, but what made our stay even more special was the front desk staff(s). They were incredibly sweet, kind, and attentive. At check-out, they surprised me with a thoughtful little gesture based on something I had casually mentioned earlier. The fact that they remembered such a small detail really touched me. 🥹❤️ Thank you to all the staffs at Gaia Hotel (from the front desk, breakfast/restaurant to security team) for making our stay so memorable. We would happily come back!

Everything was perfect! The room and bedding were of very good quality. Mountain and jungle view. Very nice pool with a spa and quality massages. The on-site dining was perfect, the cafe, the traditional restaurant, and the monomono with a more refined cuisine and sought-after cocktails. The staff is well-trained, speaks good English, and is very efficient
Although the hotel is very large, you don't feel the crowd, which is a positive point in the end
