The villa is large, the staff is welcoming :) there is an ocean view, the food is decent, they can cook whatever you ask for, the main complaints are not about the staff, but about the owners. The price is over 1000 dollars per night, and they regret 50 dollars for a new kettle... some kind of incomprehensible greed...
The beach is absent, swimming is impossible, walking around is impossible. The villa is very, very old, everything is from the last millennium, plumbing, beds, and even towels probably washed 1000 times. In the evening, we met a rat in the kitchen! The kids got dermatitis, most likely from contact with the bed linen, it is very old and apparently washed with the cheapest powders. The shampoo also seems to be the cheapest, it tangles the hair. If not for the staff, to whom by the way there are no major complaints, it would have been very sad. The pictures on the website were probably taken 10 years ago. Only 1 palm tree remained in front of the villa and apparently not for long. In July-August, there is a very strong wind, it is not even comfortable by the pool, let alone on the beach, but the locals fly kites :)
