“So many downsides...”
Beautiful place. We were greeted wonderfully. Shortly before check-in, it was my birthday and the staff prepared a gift of fruits with pastries and beautiful bed decorations.
There was no soap in the room, only one shower gel for two people per day. They cleaned the room once in three days, all the towels, including the ones on the bed decorations, were taken away, leaving us with only two towels for the pool. The beach was dirty, lots of trash, and no one attempted to clean it. The food was disappointing overall. The hotel is located in such a remote area that no deliveries except from the hotel were willing to come. Breakfast was not offered. They gave us the menu upon request from another hotel, where the food choices were limited. A beautiful place that is absolutely not worth the money.
