“So-so”
It was a room that corresponded to the price. No problem for a short stay. The breakfast was limited in variety, the taste was not great, and I was a little disappointed.

“Group Meeting Experience”
We held our group meeting at Somerset Sudirman Hotel from May 22–24, 2025, and had a truly excellent experience. From the planning phase to the final day, everything was handled with great professionalism and care, Special thanks to Fauziah and Datam, our Sales Representatives, who were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process and prepared our event’s operational needs very well. Their attention to detail and support made organizing the event smooth and running well, We'd also like to extend our appreciation to Mr. Arsyad, the Front Office Manager, for his warm hospitality and providing our participant rooms very well due to a sudden meeting, The meeting facilities were clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the accommodations were comfortable and ideal for our group. The location is strategic and very convenient with easy access, We highly recommend Somerset Sudirman Hotel for any group meetings or business events. We look forward to working together again in the future!
