Multiple guests reported cleanliness issues: toilets not clean, dirty sheets, insects (salamanders, flies), holes in mosquito nets and general signs of poor maintenance — overall cleanliness is below average.
Generally praised staff as friendly, helpful and responsive (late check-out allowed, supportive reception), though some reports note poor English, no night staff/security and slow/no response on refunds; overall service is a strong point despite occasional lapses.
Location described as well-placed and quiet, a short ride to the beach; some guests found it 'ok' but overall location is a clear positive.
Rooms and villas were frequently praised (large villas, good AC, pleasant decor, comfortable single rooms), though a few guests described parts as old or dated; overall room quality is good.
Amenities are mixed: private villa pools praised, cafe and breakfast available, but main pool was under maintenance for some guests and advertised facilities (gym) were absent — amenities are adequate but inconsistent.
Guests mention good prices for cafe/breakfast and generally positive value impressions, though some felt photos were misleading; on balance perceived as good value.
Food and coffee received strong praise in several reviews (tasty, good prices), but there are complaints about long waits for breakfast/lunch/dinner; overall F&B is positive but with service delays.
Majority of reviews describe a calm, relaxing and lovely stay (many 'everything' / 'fantastic' comments), with several enthusiastic recommendations despite some isolated problems; overall experience is very positive.

It was a great experience staying here! The villa is sooo nice and lovely, the pool is perfect. Rooms are great sizes, air conditioning was great! So refreshing after a day out!. Furniture is lovely, had all the appliances we needed. Staff were great, friendly and responsive. The garden around the villa is gorgeous!. Thankyou so much 🙏❤️ Staff also allowed for a late check out, and for us to sit around in the common area due to delayed flight ❤️
Wish we could stay longer 🙏
