Huge villa and spacious gardens, lovely pool. Kitchen is nice although we were without a microwave for our 5 night stay as it had an issue but wasn't replaced. Wayan is lovely and served yummy breakfast everyday.
Lack of microwave as it was listed on the amenities, was little more of an inconvenience to reheat meals and snacks.

“Nightmare”
Villa was very good size
But not very well maintain needs a makeover, on the evening of our arrival we were told there was building work started next door, they stated the work only started two days before before we arrive but we found out from the local people. It had started two months beforehand. We were told by the Villa work will start at 8 am to 5 pm but the noise starts from 7:45 am and can finish just after 8 pm. No way can you relax next to Pool because of the noise which was 10 m away from the pool area, on one occasion at 5.45am they started up a very large digger to load onto a truck which took over 45 minutes, no way could you go back to sleep, I was I constantly telling the villa management but they just did not care, they did not even offer us or us another villa, I stated to them that the should of informed us before we arrived soon after they changed their advisement, we ask for some money back so that we can get a hotel they just said no, we had the villa booked for three weeks but we moved out one week earlier, building will be going on until may 2026

We were met on arrival and given a tour of the property with contact details should we have any queries. Very responsive to any queries you have. Villa lovely and spacious, just what we were looking for with 5 adults. Pool was fantastic, big enough to lounge around and play pool games. Breakfast was delicious and varied and we were very well cared for. Would love to stay again.
