“Scam. Owner is misrepresenting the property”
Property location is intentionally misrepresented. It is 6-7 times further from the beach and in between two of the local shortcuts with substantial traffic. Not on the quiet end of Neylan where it’s shown. By the time you figure that out owner will have the entire cost of your stay and will not refund or offer any accommodation. It’s a scam.
Property location misrepresented, owner will not offer any accommodation. I booked this place, found out where it really was, went somewhere else, owner kept the money and refused to communicate with Booking.

Extremely disappointed with the stay at this hotel. We arrived as a group of two couples, and problems started right away. One couple was initially placed in a room where the air conditioning was not working, then they were moved to another room - already with huge mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Overall, the room was in very poor condition: dirty, clearly not cleaned properly. The most unpleasant thing was the large mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, which raises serious questions about hygiene and safety. Also, only hot water was running from the tap, and this issue was only fixed after two days. It is worth mentioning the situation with the pillows - they had an unpleasant smell, so we had to take them to the laundry ourselves. The hotel owners claimed that this was "normal" and refused to compensate us for the laundry expenses. There were also issues with the bed linen - the duvet cover was missing (the blanket was simply between the sheets), which only reinforced the overall negative impression. In addition, the hotel owners' dogs freely roam the property. They constantly barked, came to our room, and relieved themselves right on the lawn. Because of this, it was impossible to stay near the room calmly - there was an unpleasant smell, and the overall atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable. It was difficult to stay in such conditions, there was dampness, unsanitary conditions, and a general disregard for guests. This absolutely does not meet the basic hotel standards. We do not recommend this hotel.
