Our stay at this hotel was simply beautiful and even exceeded our expectations. The room was truly a dream - incredibly beautiful, very well-maintained, and absolutely clean. We felt completely comfortable from the very first moment. We would like to particularly highlight the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Everyone was always warm, helpful, and ensured that our stay became something very special. I had mentioned in an email before our arrival that we would be celebrating our anniversary during our stay. When we arrived at the hotel, our room was so beautifully and lovingly decorated that we were truly overwhelmed. This attention made us incredibly happy and made our anniversary even more special. We would book this hotel again at any time and can really recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you for this unforgettable stay!
The private pool in the room was unfortunately a bit too cold for our taste, so we didn't want to stay in it for too long. The breakfast was very tasty and the selection was really large, but we personally would have liked to see a bit more typical Balinese or Indonesian dishes.
