The jungle villa was located quite close to many dining options.
When considering that it is a 4-star, it does not live up to it. There was dirt under the bed, a lot of dust, and we had so many ants in our cottage. Not a place I would recommend. When I pay for a 4-star, I also expect things to be in order. Breakfast was also not what you would expect from a 4-star.

We had a very pleasant stay at The Jungle Villa in Ubud. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling, which made us feel very welcome. The villa is located in a beautiful natural setting. Well-kept garden and beautiful views create a unique, peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. Breakfasts were very tasty and fresh. Another great advantage is the good location, which is a great base for exploring Ubud and the surrounding areas. We highly recommend staying at The Jungle Villa - a beautiful place where you can relax and feel the closeness of Balinese nature!

The Jungle Villa is located in a quiet narrow street of Penestanan, charming wooden houses surrounded by greenery and a beautiful garden. The staff is extremely helpful and makes you feel at home. Breakfast in the garden was a great moment to start the day. We had a wonderful time!
This place could be a 10, but there are a bunch of smaller things that should be improved. The place is generally worn out and things are not maintained. Once they are fixed, this place is a 10. I would go back anyway.
