“Super great service and location for a luxurious stay in the centre of Ubud”
What a friendly, warm and professional service throughout the entire hotel. Nice reception, beautiful spacious room with a large shower. Daily cleaning and new towels upon request. Small fridge available. Pool on the 10th floor, towels available there. Lobby directly opposite pick up point for transport apps like Grab; however, not accessible for cars and motorcycles daily between 17:00-22:00 due to the closure of Malioboro street, but a pick-up point on the right street corner or backside is just as convenient. Malioboro plaza literally has a direct entrance with an escalator on the left side. Location is top-notch.
Water basin in the shower drained slowly, but I did not mention this during my stay. It will surely be resolved after informing the staff.
