The villa is really beautiful, well-kept, and very atmospheric. We spent our honeymoon here with my wife, and in terms of the property itself and the conditions for relaxation, we are very satisfied. The villa is wonderful and allowed us to truly relax. The service was fine, although at times it seemed that the contact was more focused on additional sales than genuine care for the guest. In summary: a beautiful place, a very well-kept villa, and great conditions for relaxation, but at this price and standard, I expected something more in terms of hospitality and approach to the special occasion.
It's a pity that the hotel did not even prepare a small gesture for our honeymoon, such as a glass of champagne or a small surprise. At this price for a villa, I would expect a bit more warmth and a special approach to guests, especially during such an occasion and such a long flight. All the decorations visible in the photos, such as the bathtub filled with flowers or floating letters, are additionally payable, and if I hadn't ordered everything to surprise my wife, we would have had an empty room.
