What an absolute gem of a spot! Quiet and central with a convenience store right out front. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever had in a villa. Our plan for this trip was to relax and not have to get on a bike or use transport and this location was perfect for that.
Probably the only thing that would have made it better would be a sun bed or somewhere outside to lay by the pool with a good book, but that's really just nitpicking.

We knew ZERO about Seminak. This villa was in the most perfect location for us. We are past 60 and enjoy our solitude. There was zero noise thoughout the night. Very peaceful but literally around the corner from JL Kayu Aya and all the restaurants. Villa had a nice pool, nice 1/2 bath downstairs. I could have lived without the stairs since I had broken my toe 6 weeks earlier, but once in the bedroom BIG BEDROOM!!! it was worth the climb. Very enjoyable stay even with a few hiccups.
