“A beautiful structure, but with room for improvement”
The location and the place are really beautiful and the staff has always been extremely courteous and helpful. That's why I believe that some small adjustments could make a big difference.
Unfortunately, we found the cleanliness rather poor and a general lack of attention to the care and maintenance of the surroundings and furniture. These are aspects that, in such a beautiful place, definitely deserve more attention. Even breakfast was a weak point: the choice was very limited and some of the options listed were often not available. My intention is mainly to provide constructive feedback: the structure has great potential, the staff is friendly, and the location is splendid. With a little more attention to cleanliness, care of the surroundings, and small breakfast services, the experience could really improve a lot. Sometimes it would take very little to make a difference.
