Great location, amazing staff, very complete and in good condition facilities. Well-equipped common area, large and well-maintained pool. The only observations: the TV is not smart, the shower sometimes ran out of water, but after some time it normalized, and the ad states that it is an exclusively adult hotel, but, if it is a deciding factor (as it is for us), it did not happen that way, as there were children staying during our time there. I do not know if there has been a change in the hotel's policy regarding this, but if so, it should be updated in the ads, as it can be an important factor when booking. Anyway, highly recommended hotel.

Overall clean, but the shower water was quite weak so it was almost unusable. The hotel is right in the middle of Sanur's main street, making it convenient to go anywhere.

A very quiet villa slightly off the main street. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, and plenty of dining options nearby, so the location is very good. The pool, cafe (the pancakes here are the best!), and staff are friendly. It's understandable that the building is old, but the safety box door was too stiff to use, the drainage in the sink was poor (which was still tolerable), and when I requested a replacement for the worn-out bath mat (like a rag), they brought me another equally worn-out bath mat. The first floor had a slightly musty smell, so I plan to stay on the second floor next time, but I hope the bath mat and drainage are properly addressed. It was very disappointing given how pleasant everything else was.
