“Might not book again”
Staff were polite and nice.
WiFi coverage was poor. Couldn't get any WiFi connection in my room. WiFi coverage only covers from the front gate up till the lift lobby. Told the staff about it and he told someone else to restart the WiFi router. Same issue persisted. WiFi is a basic necessity in the modern world and was part of the provisions stated by this listing. Room looked tidy but floor was actually dirty and not cleaned at all. Very obvious when I have washed my feet, taken a few steps in my room, only for my footprints to appear dirty again. Room furniture and other provisions were not maintained as well ie, bathtub cracks, cracks in the bathroom sewage drainage. Also no provision of shampoo and body soap
