A gem in the center of Ubud on the quieter side. We got a free upgrade. The breakfast was à la carte and very well prepared. The staff was super helpful when I got sick. A doctor quickly came on-site and I was taken care of very well.

We were in Indonesia for 5 weeks and by far this was our favourite place to stay. The rooms were beautiful, the restaurant was superb, location a 10 min drive out of town so perfect for us. Staff could not do anymore and were amazing. Honestly would rush back to stay here again.

Courteous, helpful
Some staff members' ability to converse in English impacted their ability to serve us, especially in the dining area. And their afternoon tea is literally a joke, gave feedback to the staff and they agreed to review.
