in a gated community with guard stationed at entrance. Large enough for us to all spread out and not be on top of each other. easy scooter ride to restaurants and Bali Icon
upstairs timber verandah is a bit rickety, with nail heads exposed. it was a little hard to find the first time but drivers do find their way there relatively easy.

The size of the house, the decoration, the geographical location close to amenities and center and the friendliness of the person who received us!
The hot water was slow to arrive and in a room downstairs in the house, it smelled like sewage once we opened the bathroom taps!
