“Dirty and potentially unsafe- not worth it”
It was in a mall with access to a market and restaurants. Nice view if the park.
It was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned- before I checked in and what seems to have been not for a while. The photos do NOT reflect what the place actually looks like! When I sent a complaint there was no response. There were roaches in the bathroom and the kitchen sink. It was noisy because there were several open-air air conditioning units with access to a small door in the living room. Bathroom sink had black gunk around it and the cabinet it sat in was dirty and falling apart. The toilet hose fell apart in my hands then leaked causing puddles. The bedroom was quiet but duvet, headboard, pillow case was stained. Wall paper was peeling and dirty. There was long black hair in shower drain, in corners, and in the broom- not mine. Biggest problem was the door looked like someone had broken into the apartment and then the door had been badly repaired. There was a chain on inside but the door didn’t seal. They use a site called Travelio that I couldn’t access and neither could the staff who let me in to the apartment. This young man waited for me when I had travel delays and came back a few hours later to try to deal with the hose in the bathroom. He is to be commended. I left after the first night.
