“Sanur Enjoyment”
Elegant and calming atmosphere inside the building. It feels like strolling through the corridors with the courtyard at the center. The rooms are clean and perfect. Stayed with friends on the 1st and 2nd floors, and the 1st floor is even better. The breakfast was also amazing. Lindik music was played during breakfast, which was nice. Good access to the sea and the city in Sanur. Cycling on the sea cycle road with the free hotel bikes was fantastic.
Not a hotel issue, but the road in front of the hotel was noisy due to construction. The Lindik performance during breakfast was drowned out. That was disappointing! Again, not a hotel issue. Just bad timing...

“Sudamala Sanur is number ten”
The hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are beautiful. The staff are very kind, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast is always freshly prepared and generous. The pool is a great spot to hang out with other guests in the afternoon and never too busy. What more could you want.

“Beautiful, peaceful, luxurious sanctuary”
It was a beautiful sanctuary, very calm and peaceful. We had a lovely big room and bathroom on the upper floor, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The staff were so happy, polite, and helpful.
Nothing really. There was a small problem with the shower in our room. The cold tap would not turn off, but that happened on the morning of our last day. The maintenance team will fix it, I'm sure.

We booked a studio with swimming pool access and ended up being upgraded to the villa. This was such a fantastic experience. The room was fantastic: decorated with taste, comfortable, large, bright with a lot of windows, garden, with a lot of openings. I loved the bathroom which was covered and outside at the same time. The direct access to the swimming pool was exceptional. The staff made us feel special and had a lot of small attentions (e.g., coming at night to prepare the room for evenings). Their special Thursday cultural night with live music and dances was marvelous. I strongly recommend this place.
Not much really. One of their staff could potentially be better trained at explaining the differences between their spa massages, but that's not really a big deal.
