“Best Birthday Trip Ever”
OMG! I loved this hotel, if you're looking for a quiet place for a getaway I highly recommend. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very large and very clean, you don't need to walk with toiletries everything was provided in the room. Everyone from the driver that picked us up at the airport to the staff at the front desk and restaurant was awesome. It was my first time in Bali and they arranged everything for us.

Housekeeping does an excellent job, they are so helpful and attention to detail is second to none. A special mention to Suma for his outstanding effort in cleaning and making my room. Also, a special mention to food and beverage service employees who are always attentive and friendly. And a special mention to Mulya for leading and maintaining an excellent restaurant team.

“Great location”
We were unfortunately disappointed with our stay at this hotel in Bali. While it is advertised as a 5-star property, our experience did not reflect that level of quality. The bathroom was not properly clean, the towels appeared worn and unclean, and the room had an unpleasant smell. In addition, the room service breakfast tasted unusual and did not meet our expectations for a hotel of this standard. For the price and 5-star rating, we expected a much higher level of cleanliness, comfort, and overall service. The only positive aspect of our stay was the location. The hotel is conveniently situated among shops, making it easy to walk around and explore the area. Overall, while the location is great, we do not feel this hotel offers a true 5-star experience and would not consider it good value for money.
