The staff was kind and friendly to make my stay bearable
The resort was undergoing a major renovation. The place was dusty. The swimming pool had broken tiles, 😭 My room was at SGD 100 plus per night.

Nice location but really outdated compared to other venues in the area. Staff is super friendly. Not sure if I will be back, I really like how they informed me that the water took a bit longer, no worries, just a bit of a waste of water because it took 5-8 minutes to get hot water for a shower.
I loved the location but asked to have a double bed. Of course, I accepted to pay 500k per night for this request. And they informed me it took the hot water to arrive in 5 min I knew and ok. However, this room was street side Kuta Beach with all the night life, scooters and beer-bikes at my ear-disposal. So it was a great location but the noisy room and the fact that the room and mainly corridors and halls were in need of some serious maintenance, do not draw me back to book again.

The hotel was really fine. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, pools, and the beach just across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Medi who was our guest experience host in Windham travel & leisure team was extraordinary. Medi gave very good advice regarding day trips, he organized boat tickets for us and transportation. And when in the aftermath of the earthquake smaller earthquakes took place, he contacted us to reassure we were okay (we were on a boat that day). Many thanks to Medi!
The place was really fine, and the beach is great. But Kuta region has become crowded and driving anywhere takes a long time.
