“Good staff; Room not clean”
The staff was very polite and friendly.
The cleanliness of the room was below average and did not meet basic standards. I was afraid of bed bugs in the room and the bathroom was unhygienic. I was travelling for work and I had to move to another hotel after 1 night to be able to sleep and be comfortable. The staff was nice and they tried to give a refund but they were not able to process one. I didnt take any photos, would have uploaded if I had.

Food continually short; staff slow to replenish;. cutlery ALWAYS unavailable; had to request replacements daily; the single coffee machine in continual need of maintenance; machine too small for number of customers. Rainshower not suitable, needs handshower to save water
