We had a wonderful stay at Svanata Resort Bali and were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The welcome was lovely, and all of the staff throughout our stay were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. Our room was very comfortable, and the pool was a great place to relax. The resort itself is huge, with beautiful, well-maintained grounds that make it feel very peaceful and spacious. Breakfast was definitely a highlight. There was a fantastic variety of food to choose from, and the views while having breakfast were absolutely amazing. We also ordered room service, which was beautifully presented and thoughtfully laid out for us. It was the little touches like this that really stood out. When our room was being made up, the staff even left a cute little towel monkey on our bed, which was such a lovely surprise! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Svanata Resort Bali to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with beautiful surroundings, great food and genuinely welcoming staff.
