I stayed for 4 nights on a business trip. The facilities in the water area are somewhat old, but they clean it every day, so there are no unpleasant points. For example, there are many hotels where the cleaning is not done until you return to the room due to the appointment, but here, they seem to make an effort to regularly check the situation outside, so there was no case where the room remained dirty when I returned. The breakfast was delicious, with different types of dishes lined up every morning, which was very good. There are two buildings, each with a Circle K and a FamilyMart in the basement, where you can buy snacks and instant foods, and if you go to ANZ Tower about a 5-minute walk away, you can also buy various beers. The room is much larger than a typical 1LDK in Tokyo, and I was able to have a drink in the room feeling very luxurious while looking at the high-rise buildings. Speaking of Batavia Apartment Tower 2, they will also send a taxi to the front entrance from your location, and there is a Bluebird taxi waiting right outside, so there is no problem moving to tourist spots or the airport. Despite being inexpensive, the staff are very polite and will bring you an iron, hairdryer, or anything else you ask for without any complaints. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
