“First time in Bali, first hotel, very nice experience.”
First of all, the welcome and the service. They are very attentive to the clientele and it is very important to me. They are very kind. Very good breakfast, there is something for everyone. The location is great as it is near the beach, very central. I was able to take a shower in an annex room before my departure because my flight was in the evening and I had to leave my room at noon. So, I could still enjoy the pool during the day. Also, since I stayed 10 nights, I was entitled to a free massage in their superb Spa and also 2 vouchers to eat in 2 restaurants linked to the hotel. An Indian and a Ramen. I read comments on Google that renovation work would be necessary. But I don't think so. The hotel is authentic and not overrated. I saw staff working every day, cleaning, tidying up. The rooms were cleaned every day with water available every day as well.
I liked everything, I had a superb soundproofed room because it was near a noisy street.

A lot of external noise even at night (traffic, construction) is the only negative point. Soundproofing of the suites would be a big plus.
