It’s beautiful right on the lake facing the mountains.
I have been to this place before and I’m not going to complain about the flies bc it’s not the staff fault but seriously!! The chairs and tables were dirty like nobody cleans. Food stuck to things and dusty. Broken glass and stains on cushions and chairs.

“Horrible hotel”
Location and sources from which the view of the lake opens
We rented a family villa. It is impossible to sleep in these houses! Nearby road, noise from cars, barking dogs and sounds of wind with a local waterfall deprived us of sleep completely. There is no sound insulation in the villas. It feels like you are sleeping right on the road in a tent. Towels were stained, bed linen was stained. The room was worn out, walls dirty, stains on curtains. In the restaurant, 80% of the menu was missing, had to look for a local eatery to have a snack. The hotel area is old and neglected. Breakfasts leave much to be desired. Sunbeds in terrible condition. If you want to have a good rest before climbing the volcano, look for another place.

open living and full access to the hot springs for the full stay. they empty the pools at night and refill so we know the water is fresh and warm and amazing
