On arrival, we found our room to be a bit dark and the doors, although beautiful, had a 2-inch gap on either side which concerned me due to the mosquitoes that had bitten us in the previous location. I expressed my concerns, and we were offered a new room which instantly felt better. The staff were amazing about this, and it did not seem to be a problem at all. The room was a good size for the two of us and our teenage son. It was cleaned each day, with fresh towels, and three bottles of water were left in the room each day, which was a great addition. The breakfast was very good each morning. The pool was great, as was the beach allocated for the hotel guests. Pool/beach towels are provided each day. Massages are available by the pool as well. The location in Sanur was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, stalls, and bikes to hire close by. The people of Bali are absolutely amazing. We would recommend and would stay again.
