Strong negative sentiment: multiple reviews mention stained sheets and pillows, moldy smell, cockroaches and generally unclean rooms and towels.
Mixed-to-positive: several guests praised cheerful, helpful and friendly staff, though a few reported unwelcoming reception behaviour and uncomfortable situations at check-in.
Consistently positive: frequently noted as close to the airport, Kuta/Seminyak beach and town, convenient for sightseeing and transport.
Negative: guests report an old/degraded building, worn beds and furniture, poor bathroom condition, AC and seepage issues, and occasional mildew in showers.
Mixed-positive: pool and garden praised as nice and clean by some, but the pool had intermittent closures/repairs and scooter parking/security caused issues.
Below-average: several guests felt the worn condition, cleanliness issues and maintenance needs made the stay less good value despite location advantages.
Generally adequate: breakfast described as correct/acceptable with reasonable choices; few strong complaints about food.
Mixed overall: many positive notes on staff, location, pool and comfortable rooms for some stays, but frequent cleanliness and room-condition issues significantly impacted other guests' experiences.

It's my go-to hotel, 12 minutes to the airport. The pool is always clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly. For the price, it's okay. $5 breakfast is also worth it.
Again for the price and location, it's spot on. Maybe it's a little outdated in the rooms. However, the room is cleaned daily with fresh bottled water.

Friendly staff, location is perfect; next to restaurants, shops, and markets. Easy to reach. Room is big enough, equipped with a fridge, storage area, locker, and balcony.
Disturbed by the renovation team which took most of the day to renovate the reception area using their rotary equipment tools.
