Multiple reviews describe the property and rooms as very clean; one review explicitly states 'clean' and others praise well-maintained gardens and pools.
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and caring across many reviews; service is a standout positive in the feedback.
Generally praised for proximity to Waterbom and Kuta centre and good sunset views, but a few guests noted it felt far from some main areas or that Kuta is crowded; beach access was affected by construction for some.
Rooms are described as spacious with upgrades and nice balconies, but several guests noted beds were firmer than expected and one mentioned navigation/confusion due to large layout.
Pools, swim-up bar, spa and extensive gardens are repeatedly praised; guests highly recommend spa treatments and enjoy multiple pool areas, though the gym is noted as small.
At least one review explicitly calls the price very acceptable and several guests felt the overall offering (pools, service, location) was good value.
Breakfast buffet and on-site food receive strong positive mentions ('always amazing', 'so good'), with only a few comments that breakfast was simple or missed due to timing.
Most reviews describe a relaxing, blissful stay with many guests planning to return; minor negatives (crowded nearby area, firm beds, small gym, beach construction) slightly temper the overall score.

The resort had several restaurants on either side that belonged to Bali Garden therefore ice was filtered and trustworthy. Staff were amazing! Facilities were amazing! Breakfast was amazing! Bed was very comfortable and the pillows were good. Spa was outstanding I had a 4hr treatment for the equivalent of $68 Australian money.. you could get a 19l water bubbler for the room which I highly recommend was only $4 Australian dollars from memory. Awesome shopping centre next door and live bands all around. Italian across the road was to die for! I loved my trip Thankyou Bali 😍🙏🏻🌈🩷
That I couldn’t stay longer
