Perfectly located and fantastic facilities at the resort. The resort and resort staff were lovely. The Club Bali apartments however I would not stay again. The whole time the air conditioner leaked, literally water all over the tiled floor, had to keep putting towels down on the floor, told them a few times and never fixed. It says there’s housekeeping daily and 24-hour reception. When actually housekeeping was every second day, one day we got back and didn’t have towels, when asked they said they were still washing them. Had to use half of them to clean up the floor. Reception was only open 9-10. Not a big deal but shouldn’t advertise it everywhere if it’s not true. The biggest annoyance was the fact that I had arranged late check out before we arrived, all in writing and they confirmed how much it would cost ($40) on the last day I got multiple phone calls and texts and people coming up to me saying I was late to checkout. Even the cleaners. I showed them the proof I had a late checkout till 6 pm. Then even after that they said yeah ok $50 extra. I told them no I had already arranged it and it was $40. To that I was told oh special price for you. No that’s the price you gave. Even at 4.30 pm staff were asking my daughter when we would be checking out!! Unbelievable! Went and checked out at 5 pm and within 30 min I was getting phone calls wanting money even though they had my card details. Now I need to make sure they don’t take more than $40. Next time we will stay elsewhere
