The staff was very attentive and charming. They changed my room with an upgrade due to an electricity problem. I hadn't asked for anything. Hotel by the ocean 1.6km from the center. Hearty breakfast but always the same.
The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. During the week I stayed there, the room was not cleaned once. Limescale everywhere on the faucets and sanitary ware, and saltpetre on the walls.

When we arrived, the reception staff seemed unaware of our arrival because I saw the lady at the reception checking our reservation number deep in her emails. So, they placed us in another room that was not the one planned (without informing us). We realized this at the end of the first day but didn't want to move our things since we were leaving the next day. Most of the staff did not speak a word of English. The room was very dirty. I have never seen such a dirty bathroom in a hotel since I arrived in Bali. I don't know how long it had not been cleaned before us. We were surprised to come across 2 cockroaches... There was no electrical outlet near the bed, which is a problem for me because I sleep with a machine. The air conditioning was not adjustable. No remote control. We could only turn it on or off.

The beachfront location is excellent. Nice pool area. Comfortable rooms. Quiet, relaxing area.
A bit far from the main Lovina strip but the Grab app makes transport there easy and cheap.

Comfortable bed
The staff is really very unfriendly, either there are 10 of them around the counter and no one understands English, or there is no one. The public toilets are disastrous. Breakfast is to be avoided.
