Mixed reports: rooms cleaned daily and often described as clean, but issues noted with a dirty garden pool and a leaking shower wall that caused flooding in one room.
Generally praised — staff repeatedly described as lovely, helpful and friendly; one notable negative incident at reception (false accusation about a missing toddler pillow) tempered an otherwise strong service record.
Consistently highlighted as excellent: central, beachfront or within walking distance of shops and supermarkets; convenient for airport transfers though traffic can delay travel times.
Rooms described as spacious, clean and with very good bathrooms in many cases; some mentions of bathrooms needing updating, occasional maintenance issues and firmer-than-expected beds.
Multiple pools (including private pool villas) and basic club facilities are positives; however pools/gardens looked a bit tired in places, one garden pool reported dirty, and there is no gym.
Perceived as good value by many guests — reasonable restaurant prices, decent/strong breakfast offering and several guests noting satisfaction with what they paid; occasional disappointment when bookings differed on breakfast inclusion.
Breakfast buffet praised (described as nice/excellent/decen t); restaurant and dinner options seen as good and reasonably priced; minor complaints such as small coffee cups.
Predominantly positive stays noted — described as peaceful, family-friendly and 'heaven' by some guests with several saying they'd return; a few service/maintenance issues slightly reduced perfection but overall experience remains strong.

Nice, quiet hotel right on the beach
The water in the pool was slightly cloudy and did not invite you to go in

Position and staff
Don't stay there in a room, the most noise comes from some bloody generator they have running, it's terrible.

Close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, all within walking distance.
We stayed in a Lanai room which we thought would be a bit more luxurious but were totally disappointed. These rooms need refurbishing. They have upgraded the reception entry/area but so much more needs to be done. Breakfasts were ordinary compared to other hotels over the years.
