“Excellent Kuta hotel, definitely recommend”
The location was ideal - close to airport and beach but in a quieter part of Kuta. The hotel itself was very nice - a little dated but everything was clean and well looked after. Facilities were also very good and staff were lovely and always eager to please. Very good value for money - we are coming back again on our way home and happy to be doing so.
Food can be a personal thing but a little disappointed by breakfast. Range was OK but no granola/muesli, not all juices were fresh and coffee not great. However not a reason to reconsider staying here.

“Amazing place - will be coming back!”
The place is amazing! We had a cottage - spacious, clean with huge shower and bathtub. Pool and cocktails at the swim up bar amazing. Garden party on the arrival day was a great surprise and very enjoyable. Loved breakfast - good variety and all tasted good. Haven’t tried spa but looked great. My toddler loved talking to the staff and guests, and was given fish food for the ponds :) we also booked a BBQ dinner - food was nice and entertainment very engaging. Free shuttle to shopping centre was handy. And it’s 10 minutes from the airport.
Very close to beach but wasn’t what we like. Not a hotel’s fault at all - we just prefer islands ones.
