The staff's attention is unbeatable. The food is very good and exquisite.
The arrival at the hotel is a bit confusing because it is confused with the shopping center that operates in the building, and if you do not have the information, you end up entering through the said shopping center, and that entrance is labyrinthine.

Close to the mall, easy access, nice balcony to step out.
Difficult to find the hotel, need to ask around, no directions to the hotel from the parking lot, also lacking directions from the mall to the hotel, need to enter the hotel's hallway to find directions, even though we need directions before finding the hallway, difficult to carry luggage to park, a bit complicated to get to the lobby and parking.

Staff was excellent and attentive. Breakfast was great. Location is central to most things to do in Jakarta. The shopping mall below also provides a lot of convenience.
