Nice hotel with nature all around. Unfortunately, the panoramic pool was under maintenance when we were there, but there was another one to swim in. Otherwise, nice hotel, clean and beautiful. The staff prepared a breakfast package for us upon our departure as it was before the breakfast service opened. Very nice rooms, very spacious.

“Stunning”
The grounds of Puri Bunga resort were stunning to say the least with an absolutely amazing backdrop. The rooms were very spacious and the added indoor/outdoor shower in the bathroom was a very nice touch. The included breakfast here was possibly the only downfall and was not eaten as we were concerned it would make us ill.

“Turning misfortune into a blessing!”
The staff has changed from two years ago, and I miss the overly friendly staff from before. I had requested a pick-up via email, but it seemed they did not receive it. There seemed to be a misunderstanding, so a last-minute confirmation call was necessary. The lucky thing was that we were able to meet the driver we had requested at the airport. Although another driver had come to pick us up, another driver spoke to him and we were able to safely reach the hotel.
