“We were happy with our stay but would not stay as long at this property”
More variety
The property is very rundown and needs upgrading, then we would be happy to pay more.

Comfortable and spacious for families for many guests, but several comments note dated rooms, maintenance needs (shower heads, renovations) and humidity in some villas.

The luxury rooms with private pool are a good idea in themselves. It is actually a large complex. But due to the small 'villa' style, this is not noticeable. The public and private pools are good and pleasant.
We did not start well because we chose this one because of the photo with Netflix. It's always nice to chill together with your own Netflix. Unfortunately, and that already makes the start not great: suddenly it was said, only in the Deluxe villas. Not even in the 'regular' villas or the rooms. I myself find that so unfortunate because you can't cancel either and are stuck. The breakfast was of incredibly poor quality. The cheapest products used. Coffee, if you want cappuccino or espresso, you have to pay extra. It was not a pleasant experience. The cleanliness in the rooms is also disappointing. Soiled towels and rooms not refreshed for a long time, leading to dirty walls and the idea that the beautiful mosquito net around the bed is really dirty. The mattress is decent.

Perfect location in the middle of a very busy street close to everything. Staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Felt safe and liked having a security guard at the gate. Daily breakfast was good with a cook on-site making custom egg dishes and plenty of fruit and pastries.
Villa needs updating, outdoor living area and bathrooms meant lots of mosquitoes.

Quiet, away from the main road. Good location. Spacious room. Two swimming pools.
Mosquitoes.
