“Horrible!”
Null on the whole length... We booked 3 nights, after two, we fled! No one to welcome us, then after asking around, someone appeared out of nowhere. We realize we are the only ones in the hotel... Weird. We are taken to our room, we have to step over trash and see a multitude of construction remains and garbage covering the floor. The room offered has a beautiful sea view: the only positive point! Everything is very old and no longer matches the photos for at least 10 years. The mattress is dead, the bed squeaks loudly, and the air conditioning makes a crazy noise. The walls are multicolored due to occasional paint touch-ups to surely cover up the leaks. The faucet and sink are loose, and the cherry on top > No hot water during our stay except just on the morning of our early departure. In the morning, from 8 am, as soon as we open the curtains, we are encouraged to come have breakfast quickly even though we had until 10:30, but since we were the only ones, the earlier we took it... the earlier the cook had left. Breakfast = 1 coffee + 1 omelette with 1 toast. In short, you will have understood: to flee! We stayed at other hotels in Bali in the same price range without ever being disappointed... A scandal this hotel.
